Daniel K. Daniel is a Nigerian actor, model, and film producer born on May 22, 1986, in Maiduguri, Nigeria. He hails from Nenwe in Enugu State and grew up in a close-knit Christian family. His mother was a broadcast journalist, and his father, a painter and retired engineer. Daniel holds a degree in Biochemistry from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Daniel began his acting career in 2009 and has since become one of Nigeria's most prominent actors. He gained widespread recognition for his roles in films such as A Soldier’s Story, 76, and Behind the Wheels. His standout performance in A Soldier’s Story earned him the Africa Movie Academy Award (AMAA) for Best Actor in 2016. He is also celebrated for his role in 76, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. He has appeared in numerous television series and films, both in Nollywood and internationally, showcasing his versatility in portraying complex characters. Aside from acting, Daniel has worked as a voice actor and a television presenter.
